What is your main Cornell extracurricular activity -- why is it important to you?

I am a student assistant (SA) in Carl Becker House. It has given me a chance to positively impact the Cornell community, meet great people and work as part of a team that seeks to improve student life and build meaningful relationships.

What accomplishments/activities are you most proud of while at Cornell?

I am proud of the research I have done at the Vet School in the Cohen lab and grateful that I had the opportunity to complete an honors thesis in biology and learn research skills which I will carry with me throughout my career. I am also proud of my work as an SA, since this past year I have been able to build community and acquire valuable leadership skills.

What do you value about your liberal arts education?

I loved that I got to integrate different subjects together in my classes and make connections between areas of study which I previously never thought were related. It has allowed to me look at things from multiple perspectives and appreciate the value of education and knowledge.
