Prior, my career interests leaned more towards Wall Street, but after realizing that finance was a poor fit for me, I started talking to students and professors and became more interested in pursuing graduate studies in economics.
At Cornell, students take the opportunity to combine their interests in wide ranging areas of study. What they soon learn is that any combination of disciplines can forge a unique path of exploration and discovery.
"The Search for a Faun"My poem is called, “Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun.” A famous title I am sure most of you will recognize. The fame is one of the reasons why I am self-conscious about what I am about to do in this reflection, which partly amounts to betraying the naïveté of my youth.
