Overview
Professor Hassoun is visiting for 2016-17 from Binghamton University, where she is an associate professor of philosophy. Nicole has written more than 50 papers as well as an award-winning book, Globalization and Global Justice. She is also the director of Global Health Impact, a program that seeks to extend medical access to the global poor. While at Cornell, she will be working on a project that relates hope to the virtue of “creative resolve".
