Overview
Nicole DelToro is the CEO and Founder of Andrews & Cole, an Executive Search and Interim Staffing firm serving Fortune 500 and start up clients alike in the private equity, real estate, technology, aerospace and defense, biotech, energy, and financial services industries.
Over her 30-year career, Nicole has advised thousands of executives, hiring managers, and organizations on organizational development, succession planning, and workforce strategy.
Nicole is a 1991 graduate of the College of Arts & Sciences. She is Trustee Emerita of the Board of Trustees, where she served on the Executive Committee, the Committee on Board Composition and Governance, the Finance and Audit Committees, and chaired the Committee on Alumni Affairs for four years. She also contributed to university initiatives focused on student engagement, mentorship, campus expansion, and diversity and inclusion, including the North Campus residential expansion, integration of the College of Business, and development of CUeLINKS.
Nicole is also a member of the Arts & Sciences Dean's Advisory Council and Career Connections Committee.
In addition to her family, Cornell and Andrews & Cole, Nicole is passionate about nutrition, wellness and travel. She and her husband, Armando, live in the Washington, DC area and have two Cornell children: Colin, A&S ’26 and Andrew, Hotel ’29.
