Overview
Laura Dake Roche ’81 graduated with a BA in Neurobiology and Behavior from the College of Arts and Sciences.
She retired from the practice of optometry after 37 years in a multispecialty group practice and is a past president of the CT Association of Optometrists, continuing service as PAC and political grass roots coordinator. She is a Federal Advocacy Rep for the AOA
She is a member of the Cornell University Council, serves on the Annual Funds Leadership Committee, and is a member of PCCW. She has served her class in many roles including 40th Reunion co-chair and is currently Class of ’81 VP of the Class of ’8.
Laura serves on several local non-profit boards and lives in West Hartford, CT with her husband John (CALS ’81). They have 3 children, Morgan, Will, and Carolyn ’20.
