Overview
Carl A. Contiguglia is the Vice Chairman, Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley. Carl has provided merger and financial advisory to a wide array of global corporations and governments for over 30 years. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley and is a member of the Investment Banking Management Committee.
While at Cornell, Carl was actively involved in Student Agencies, the nation’s oldest student-run company, including serving as its President.
Carl is a current member of the Cornell University Council, served two terms as the Chair of the College of Arts & Sciences Career Connections Committee and served on the Cornell Annual Fund Leadership Committee for many years. Carl and his wife, Caroline, have two daughters, both of whom currently attend Cornell in the College of Arts & Sciences.
