Ewa Bachminska teaches all levels of Polish and two film analysis courses: East European Film and Animals in Global Cinema. She is also a faculty associate at Cornell Institute for European Studies.
Besides, she is a PhD candidate. In her research, she concentrates on European bison, an important part of Polish culture, which she has investigated in Poland and Belarus since 2016. In the summer of 2021, she is exploring American bison in the US, which will allow her to compare educational methods concerning both species.
In her spare time, she enjoys horseback riding and biking.
