Ewa Bachminska

Teaching Professor of Polish

Overview

Ewa Bachminska is a full teaching professor, offering all levels of Polish and a film analysis course, Animals in Global Cinema. In the past, she taught Spanish and German. Her PhD dissertation is titled Count Me In: Including Animals in Language Classes and Teaching about Animals Through Film. She runs the Polish Language Program at Cornell, which supports students in doing summer or winter research in Poland. In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding on trails.
