Harold is president of Tanner & Co., Inc., a private investment banking firm he founded in New York City in 1987. He was formerly a managing director of Salomon Brothers, Inc., where he had responsibility for the Corporate Finance Department. Mr. Tanner has spent his entire career in the investment banking business.
Rachel Solarsh is an Executive Director and relationship manager at the J.P. Morgan Private Bank. She coordinates the resources of the firm in order to provide asset allocation, investment management, fiduciary, and credit advice to wealthy families, endowments and foundations. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, she held a variety of relationship management and advisory roles at Lehman Brothers.
Holly Shuter graduated from Cornell University in 1993 with a B.A. in History and from the University of Southern California with an M.B.A. in Marketing in 1998. Holly has spent over 15 years doing brand marketing, corporate communications and consulting for companies such as Disney, Mirage Resorts, ComScore Networks, Lands End, Radisson Hotels and Zenith Insurance.
Mrs. Stewart has been a member of the Arts and Sciences College Advisiory Coucil since 1968. She served on the Cornell University Board of Trustees from 1968-1995, serving as Vice Chair from 1989-1995. She served on and chaired a member of its committees. She also served on the board of overseers of Weill Medical College since 1977. She also served as Vice Chair of the Board of Trusteess o the City Univeristy of New York, and on the Visisiting Committee of the Harvard Graduate School of Business.
Attorney Frank Scruggs is a partner in the Florida business law firm Berger Singerman. He advises companies and executives regarding employment law, negotiates employment and severance agreements, litigates employment disputes, and handles complex commercial litigation.
Alex Rubin is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company responsible for real estate investment banking. Mr. Rubin has 20 years of experience advising public and private commercial real estate clients on a wide range of strategic and corporate finance transactions including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions as well as debt and equity financings and recapitalizations.
Marc co-manages Prime Brokerage Sales within Prime Services in New York. He joined Goldman Sachs in 1994 in US Shares Research Sales and moved to Prime Services in 2006. Marc was named managing director in 2002. Prior to joining the firm, Marc practiced law for four years in New York City.
Marc earned a BA in History and Government from Cornell University in 1987 and a law degree from The University of Chicago in 1990. He and his wife, Marcelle, have three children and live in New York City.
