What is your College Scholar project?
I'm pursuing research on Moral Dilemmas at the Intersection of Psychology and Law. I am curious to explore the purposes of different rules and how their effectiveness at achieving their goals can be better designed with the aid of findings in psychology. I am also interested in exploring people's varying mental abilities and how this should inform rules.
What are your most important extra-curricular activities?
One of my most important extra-curricular activities is my participation in Dr. Reyna's Lab for Rational Decision Making. In this lab, I am a research assistant on the psychology and law team. The lab gives me an exciting opportunity to test and apply classroom theories to prevalent topics such as plea bargaining.
